"Hotel Camburi Praia is a very basic hotel in a small, country village 2hrs south-west of Sao Paulo along the coast. I stayed there for a work engagement.
Camburi village is a typical of the area; rustic, weather-beaten, but welcoming enough. You should have some basic knowledge of portuguese though to get by.
Hotel Camburi Praia is just off the main street running through the village and about 150m from the beach. It's a very basic hotel (my room 34 was a bit dated, but comfortable enough)....
"The resort is beautiful with a great location and views from the balcony. The pool is very nice and heated and the buffet breakfast is very good. The room was was spacious for 2 people "
"This was a very cozy and romantic place to stay. Rustic and charming room. The meals in the dining room were excellent. We had massages that were also wonderful. What a great place!"
